Jun.-Prof. Dr. Nadja Kairies-Schwarz war von Oktober 2012 an wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin am CINCH im Projekt Pay-for-Performance (P4P) von Frau Prof. Dr. Brosig-Koch. Seitdem hat Sie die Juniorprofessur für Experiementelle Wirtschaftsforschung angetreten und leitet die Nachwuchsgruppe HCM. Zuvor war sie seit 2008 wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin am Lehrstuhl für Quantitative Wirtschaftspolitik an der Universität Duisburg-Essen. Von 2003 bis 2008 studierte sie Volkswirtschaftslehre an der Universität Konstanz und der Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Ihre Forschungsschwerpunkte liegen im Bereich der experimentellen Wirtschaftsforschung mit besonderem Fokus auf Anreizen im Gesundheitswesen.
